YOU HAVE A BRILLIANT SPEECH, GREAT VISUALS AND YOU’RE DRESSED TO IMPRESS. BUT IF YOU CAN’T BE HEARD OR UNDERSTOOD, WHAT ARE YOU SAYING?

Vocal Power: Speak and Be Heard is voice and diction training designed to help you as a business professional take your oral presentation skills to the next level. Participating in this course will give you more confidence in your public speaking skills and a greater sense of ease in front of any audience. Whether you’re in a one-on-one meeting with a potential client, making a big presentation to the board, or trying to motivate and inspire an entire organization, you need Vocal Power.

POINTS OF FOCUS
VOICE
Learn to speak with authority and confidence, utilizing breath-control exercises that enable you to project and be heard. Increase your vocal stamina. You will find your optimum pitch and even learn how to reduce pitch problems, like nasality and resonance imbalances.

DICTION
Discover how to speak with clarity and purpose. Find out how to modify accents that prevent the listener from understanding and receiving your message. Learn to avoid dropping ends of words or sentences and stressing inoperative words.

PSYCHOLOGY
Vocal Power: Speak and Be Heard can help you to address cultural or psychological barriers that prevent effective communication. Learn how to engage the listener from the start. This program will also help you eliminate the use of nonwords like ums and ahs.

Private and small-group seminars are designed to meet the client’s specific needs.
