Difficult Conversations
This program has been approved by the Minnesota Continuing Legal Education for Elimination of Bias credit.
An interactive program designed to improve communication through a cultural lens. The training will provide participants with concrete strategies that strengthen relationships, enhance collaboration, and reduce conflict and workplace tension.
Participants will learn how to:
Identify cultural conflict resolution styles
Prepare for and navigate difficult conversations
Manage emotions and consider different perspectives
Communicate points of view without alienating anyone.
Take actionable steps towards lasting improvements
INTERCULTURAL DEVELOPMENT INVENTORY (IDI)
The Intercultural Development Inventory is an online assessment that measures the intercultural competence of individuals, teams, and entire organizations.
Our IDI training will help participants:
Understand their individualized IDI report and plan
Gain a deeper awareness and understanding of how they experience cultural commonalities and differences
Acknowledge cultural differences and embrace diverse cultural viewpoints
Identify personal cross-cultural challenges
Create an actionable plan with realistic goals to improve collaboration and teamwork.
